Import Binance trades into Fillnovo
Fillnovo reads executions for USDT USD-M futures and USDT spot. A valid connection does not prove that your entire history was imported: check the period, pairs and result components separately.

Prepare the connection
Create a dedicated Binance trading account in Fillnovo and use a read-only API key. Enter the secret only in the connection form, never in journal notes or support tickets.
- Disable trading and withdrawal permissions.
- Check that the key belongs to the account or subaccount you want to import.
- Specify historical spot pairs, including pairs with a current zero balance.
Check the imported period
The connector limits futures history to three months. For spot, it checks specified, currently held or previously seen pairs. Older purchases on other pairs may be missing. Compare the first and last execution with a platform export before interpreting P&L.
Understand unknown P&L
If the first available execution closes a position opened before the available period, the entry price is missing. Unknown is not zero. Complete the history using a file, checking duplicates and remaining quantities.
Separate executions and funding
The Binance connector does not import funding. Differences from an overall statement may remain even when buys and sells match. Compare execution results and fees first, then identify missing funding payments.

Frequently asked questions
Why is Binance connected but no trades appear?
Check the account, spot pairs, available period and executions on supported instruments. A balance or an unfilled order is not an importable trade.
Does the journal cover every Binance product?
No. This connector covers USDT USD-M futures and USDT spot. The Binance name does not imply support for every product.
