Terms of use

The service

Fillnovo is a trading journal. It brings together your executions, whether entered by hand, imported from a file or read from a platform, and computes positions, results, statistics and a calendar from them. You add notes, screenshots, setups, rules and reports.

No investment advice

Fillnovo provides no investment advice, no recommendations and no personalized analysis. The figures describe the past, based on the data received: they may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not predict any future result. Your trading decisions are yours. Your platform's statement remains the reference.

A read-only journal

Fillnovo places no orders and moves no funds. Connections are used only to read your history. Provide a read-only API key: the “read-only” box is your own confirmation, and the application does not technically verify the key's permissions.

Your account

• An account is opened with an email address and a password of at least 10 characters, or with Google.
• You keep your credentials confidential. Two-factor authentication is offered to all accounts and is required for administration.
• The demo creates a temporary account, deleted after 24 hours along with its files.
• An account may be suspended in case of abuse: sessions are closed, sign-in, syncs and share links are blocked, and no data is erased.

Plans

The Free plan covers the manual journal, essential statistics and exporting your data. The Pro plan adds, among other things, sync, multiple accounts, rules, reports and public sharing, for 13.90 USD per month.

At the end of a complimentary period, the account returns to the Free plan with no data loss.

Pro subscription

• Price: 13.90 USD per month, charged every month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe: your card numbers never pass through our servers.
• Trial: 14 free days, only for an account that arrived through a referral link, once per account. A card is required at the start and the first payment is charged automatically at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before that date. Without a referral link, the first payment is made when you subscribe.
• Cancellation: at any time from Settings. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, no further charge is made, and the current period is not refunded pro rata.
• Payment failure: Stripe retries automatically. Pro stays active during these attempts and stops if they fail. No data is lost.
• Account deletion: the subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund of the current period. A deletion is refused as long as this cancellation could not be made.
• If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to the contact below, including your account email and subscription date. Amounts owed will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation and account deletion do not limit this right or your statutory guarantees.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export it free of charge at any time (CSV, JSON, ZIP archive) and delete your account from Settings: deletion is permanent. The details are in the privacy policy.

A public share link shows content frozen at its creation to anyone who has the link, until it is revoked or expires. You choose what it contains.

Affiliate program

• Commission: 40% of each 13.90 USD payment, i.e. 5.56 USD, for 6 months from the referred user's first payment, as long as they keep paying.
• Commissions are calculated automatically on the pre-tax amount of each payment received. A referred user's free trial generates none and does not use up the commission period.
• Payment by bank transfer, made manually then recorded, to the details you provide: the app does not move any funds. No payout deadline is guaranteed at this time.
• A refunded payment cancels the commission, or deducts it from the next payout if it has already been paid. A partial refund deducts the corresponding share.
• Referring yourself is ignored. A reward in Pro days, when offered, requires the referred user to have confirmed their email address.
• If you delete your account while a balance is owed to you, that balance is lost unless a bank transfer has been recorded. The deletion screen warns you about this.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm its operation or to access other people's data. Technical limits cap requests, file uploads and storage.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. Syncs depend on third-party platforms and may fail or be incomplete: the application says so when it knows. Keep your own backups using the export.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is shown to you the next time you open the application. The date and version accepted are recorded on your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. For any complaint, write to the contact below to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you may bring proceedings before the courts competent under the applicable rules, including consumer protection rules.
